Return & Exchange policy

You may inspect your order while the courier is present. If you find any issues, you can return the item to the courier and only pay for the shipping fees. No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the courier has left.

You may request a refund or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order if you received a defective item or an incorrect item different from the one you ordered the item must be:

• In its original condition.
• Returned in its original packaging.
• Unused

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
