Refund policy
- If you decide not to keep the product after inspection, you may return it immediately to the courier and only pay the shipping fees and that is the only way for returns and exchange.
- For orders of more than two items, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the order.
You may request a refund or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order if:
- You received a defective item.
- You received an incorrect item different from the one you ordered.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be:
- In its original condition.
- Returned in its original packaging.
- Unused
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refund & Exchange Process

- Include your order number along with clear photos of the item you received.
- Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you whether your refund or exchange request has been approved or declined.
Additional Information
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
- If a refund request is rejected and the item is shipped back to you, you will also be responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Approved cash refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. The review process may take up to 3 weeks, after which the refund will be transferred using the original payment method, where applicable.
